Life can be unpredictable, fast-paced, and difficult. The demands of keeping up can be draining. The difficulties we face and the effects of mental, emotional, and physical stress can pile up, making it hard to connect with the important things in your life. Do you find it difficult to relax, fall asleep, slow your thoughts, feel overwhelmed by sadness, or simply can't control your emotions? I can help you develop coping mechanisms to help you feel better.

My work focuses on assisting you in better managing stress, challenging emotions and thoughts. I work from a strength-based, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed lens. I collaboratively work by integrating various theories and modalities to find the best fit for you. Therapy does not have to fit into a specific mould, so I will do my best to be adaptable and creative in a way that works for you. I'm here to work with you to prepare you for a day when you do not need me. No matter where you are on your path to change, my goal will be to help you feel empowered, grounded, self-aware and strong enough to live the life you desire.

I have experience working with stress, anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), eating disorder, grief and relationship issues.
